You may remember from my last health update that I am following a low histamine diet in addition to being gluten-free, soy-free, and dairy-free. I made these absolutely delicious, soft, crumbly cookies for my daughter sans sugar, I substituted it with honey. She loved them, and it also goes well for us with our afternoon tea or coffee! Ingredients: 1 cup of all purpose flour, 1/4 cup of butter, one egg, vanilla essence, 1 spoon of corn starch, 1 spoon of baking soda, 1/2 cup of roasted pistachios, 1/2 cup of honey.
