Easy Peasy Honey Garlic Stir Fry 2-3 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, sliced Bag of Frozen Stir Fry Vegetables 1 small Onion, chopped 6 Garlic cloves, minced, 1 tsp minced ginger 1/4 cup Soy Sauce 2 Cups Chicken broth 1/2 cup each Honey & Brown Sugar 1 TBSP Cornstarch & 1/4 Cup Water Slice and brown the chicken pieces, reserve aside.
