  • 20 ounces pork chops
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 32 grams honey
  • 20 grams chicken stock concentrate
  • 1/2 teaspoon chipotle powder (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup water

  1. Begin by patting the pork chops dry with a paper towel and then season the pork chops with salt and pepper to your liking.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the seasoned pork chops to the skillet and cook until they are browned and cooked through on both sides. Remove the cooked pork chops from the skillet and let them rest on a cutting board.
  4. In the same skillet, add the finely chopped garlic and cook, stirring, until fragrant.
  5. Add the honey, chicken stock concentrate, water, and a pinch of chipotle powder (if desired) to the skillet. Stir everything together, making sure to scrape any cooked bits from the bottom of the pan into the sauce.
  6. Cook the sauce until it slightly thickens.
  7. Turn off the heat and add the butter to the sauce. Stir until the butter is fully melted and incorporated into the sauce.
  8. Drizzle the honey chipotle sauce over the cooked pork chops.
  9. Serve the delicious honey chipotle pork chops with your favorite side dishes and enjoy!
