Gluten-Free | Vegan | Low-Sugar
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of peanut butter (or nut butter of your choice)
- 1 cup of old-fashioned oats
- 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
- 2 Tbsp. of honey
Instructions: Yields 10
- Mix all ingredients together, roll into a ball, and store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
- If the mixture seems to dry add a little more honey or nut butter.
