Dark Chocolate Energy Bites

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of peanut butter (or nut butter of your choice)
  • 1 cup of old-fashioned oats
  • 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 2 Tbsp. of honey

Instructions: Yields 10

  • Mix all ingredients together, roll into a ball, and store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
  • If the mixture seems to dry add a little more honey or nut butter.
