To prepare what you need:
1/2 cup Oats, spoonful of chia seeds, roasted coconut flakes, 3-4 chopped dried figs, chopped cashews, 1 tsp sunflower seeds, 1cup milk of choice(I often used almond milk but you can use what suits you best)
Combine all the ingredients and Soak it overnight, then next morning you can add some fruit toppings like berries. For sweetness fig mostly covers it but it can be replaced with maple syrup/honey.
