Japan Airlines postpones its ‘free round-trip flights’ contest due to coronavirus

Update as of May 5, 2020: Due to the coronavirus pandemic, which has halted travel worldwide, Japan Airlines has temporarily stopped accepting applications for its Win a Trip with JAL promotion, as reported by No Mas Coach. The promotion offered up to 100,000 complimentary seats on JAL domestic routes to up to 50,000 visitors to Japan during the summer of 2020 in conjunction with the Tokyo Summer Olympics. A pack of mischievous rats cause chaos in this installation by graffiti artist Banksy who, like many, is working from home during the coronavirus lockdown.

Banksy – who is known for hiding his identity – shared a photo of his bathroom installation on Instagram, accompanied by the caption: "My wife hates it when I work from home". Nine trouble-making rats have been painted in black-and-white on the walls and furniture. One rat appears to be peeing into the toilet, while another swings from a ring-shaped towel holder, plopping into a tube of toothpaste and squeezing it over a nearby wall. According to Boeing’s new Starliner testing plan, the spacecraft could potentially meet SpaceX’s own Crew Dragon astronaut spacecraft in orbit at the International Space Station (ISS) later this year.

Following Starliner’s near-catastrophic December 2019 orbital flight test (OFT), Boeing and NASA have finally announced that – at a minimum – a second uncrewed flight test will have to be completed before the company will be allowed to launch astronauts. According to the Washington Post, Starliner’s return to flight is expected to occur no earlier than October or November 2020, 10 or 11 months after it suffered several major software failures during its first spaceflight. While delays to that flight schedule are incredibly likely, it does mean that there’s a chance that SpaceX’s second crewed Crew Dragon launch could coincide...
