Today I’m sharing with you one of my favorite treats for a cozy night in, a homemade tea latte!

Homemade Tea Latte Recipe

One of my biggest strengths and weaknesses is that I can be a bit of a workaholic.

I’ve spent the past 5 years building my business, having to work long hours to get it off the ground and learn as much as I can throughout the process.

The long hours were necessary, but now that my business is doing well and I can ease up, it’s really hard to break those habits. (Constantly thinking about work, putting my daughter to sleep and immediately hopping back on the computer, etc.)

I’ve had to make a conscious effort to unplug and unwind each night, giving myself some time to restore and rekindle other interests, like reading.

But I’ll be completely honest: in order to entice me away from the habit and satisfaction of working, I’ve had to really make the idea of unplugging special and soul nourishing.

I’ve put effort into making my living room and bedroom into comforting spaces that I can relax and enjoy being in, I’ve given myself permission to just buy the books that have been sitting on my wish list forever, and I’ve stocked up on my favorite Bigelow Benefits Tea varieties.

Drinking tea has become part of my daily unwind routine – it’s such a small addition that makes a huge difference in how I feel at the end of the night.

What I love about these Bigelow Benefits teas is that they can be enjoyed as is, combined to create a unique flavor, or made into a tea latte! Every variety that I’ve tried has been fresh and vibrant, as Bigelow stands by foil packaging, freshness, US manufacturing, quality tea & ingredients!

The Bigelow Benefits Teas that I currently have stocked are:

  • Ginger & Peach Herbal Tea – for those who love a calm stomach every day
  • Tumeric Chili Matcha Green Tea – every day is the perfect day to refresh
  • Cinnamon & Blackberry Tea – taking time to care for my sugar balance every day

Another flavor I am also thinking about picking up is the Blueberry and Aloe Tea (“isn’t it nice to know you Radiate Beauty every day”).
