Gluten Free and Vegan Overnight Oats


Load up on fiber with this jar of overnight oats topped with your favorite fruits.

Working on a variety of breakfast ideas for those with busy schedule. This actually can be done the night before, so you won’t need to wake up earlier than usual to enjoy a good breakfast. What motivates me more to start a beautiful day is this yummy and refreshing jar of goodness. 🥰

1 cup plant milk (I used almond milk)
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp raw or pure honey
Fresh fruits for topping

1. In a mason jar, mix the plant milk, rolled oats and chia seeds, let it soak for about 10 minutes.
2. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 2 hrs)
3. Open the next day, add honey and top with your favorite fruits, crushed almonds and coconut flakes.
