Breakfast Cookie Recipe

I wanted to try this recipe because of course, I want to eat cookies for breakfast! I tried eating one cookie and some yogurt one day and that didn’t last long so I decided to eat two instead. I baked the cookies on Sunday and they were moldy by Thursday/Friday. The next time I make these I would add some honey/maple syrup because I think it would give it a little boost of flavor. I couldn’t taste the peanut butter or the banana. I put more chocolate chips in than the recipe called for. I put mini chocolate chips which makes a difference. I cooked it closer to 15 minutes because I was afraid they weren’t done. I put the cookies in the microwave for 10-20 seconds and it made them warm. The chocolate chips even began to melt a little. I found it was easier to make the balls myself instead of using the cookie scoop. The batter was really thick so not a whole lot fit in the cookie scoop. Overall, not too bad just a few tweaks here and there.
