Beef Ribs Recipe



1 rack of beef

Minced garlic (4 garlic)

1 teaspoon water

2 tablespoon oyster sauce

2 tablespoon light soy sauce

Dash of msg

2 table spoon of honey

Dash of white pepper

1-2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper

1 teaspoon of black pepper

Sprinkle of turmeric powder

Half of lime juice

1 teaspoon – onion powder

1 teaspoon – oregano

1 teaspoon – chilli flakes

Mix well~

Meat preparation:

Pour in the sauce and gently rub the sauce into the meat, make sure you don’t miss any spots. After that, cover it up and let it marinate in the fridge for a few minutes (20-30 minutes)

After the marination is done, cut it into a smaller piece so that it can fit into the air fryer tray, and cook it at 160 degrees for around 15-30 minutes depending on how well you want it to be. Make sure to flip it on both sides occasionally. You may also want to add your clove if garlic together with the meat.

I added some potato wedges, mushrooms into the air fryer cook it for 10 mins, 180 degree and make sure to flip it occasionally as well.


Purple cabbage

Dash of olive oil

Sprinkle of salt and pepper

Super easy and delicious 🤤
